can't toggle message notification preview in lockscreen #37

Describe your problem or your enhancement here:
Toggling "message notification preview" in Settings->Privacy doesn't change 
lockscreen behavior.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Unchecking "message notification preview" option should disable message preview 
while screen is locked.  I am seeing message notifications regardless of which 
toggle option I use.

Which version of ViperXL you are using?
Using 2.3.2, but saw in earlier ViperXL versions

Which kernel do you use, custom or stock? if on Stock, did you flash the
latest one that comes with the rom?
Kernel is 3.0.8.  Latest ViperXL ROM increments were flashed using TWRP 2.3.1
