Describe your problem or your enhancement here: The new rosie launcher is 
transparent in the new 2.4 version of the rom and looks out of place. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Which version of ViperXL you are using? 2

Which kernel do you use, custom or stock? if on Stock, did you flash the
latest one that comes with the rom? Using ElementalX 3.1
