People lockscreen freeze the touch screen #4

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. apply to People lockscreen
2. wait for the phone to get full sleep
3. unlock the phone

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
when People lockscreen is activated, and the phone is fully asleep, after 
pressing the unlock key, the screen doesnt respond to touch,
needs to wait 30-40 seconds to the People widget on the lockscreen to be shown, 
and only then the phone unfreezes

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Haven't been able to replicate this one either... Did you wipe data before 
flashing the ROM?

i will reflash with full wipe once again and have a look once again..
