Google Now not functioning correctly hitting the "back" button. #43

Describe your problem or your enhancement here:
Google Now does not exit back to the previous page when the "back" button is 
used. It simply freezes and will not move or load until the "home" button is 
used.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output is the previous page before Google Now was launched 
according to the Android hierarchy. It just freezes.

Which version of ViperXL you are using?
2.4.1

Which kernel do you use, custom or stock? if on Stock, did you flash the
latest one that comes with the rom?
custom. ElementalX from the venom hub. I was also using the stock kernel and 
the issue persisted through the swap.
