Settings widgets animations #45

Describe your problem or your enhancement here: I use the settings widgets for 
Wi-fi, mobile data, GPS and Bluetooth on my home screen. When I toggle them on, 
they activate the feature but the icon animation continues for about 25 
seconds, then stops the animation, but still appears off at the icon. The 
status bar confirms the feature is active. I toggle them off and it does it 
again: the feature deactivates, but the animation continues for about 25 
seconds, then appears off again. Rebooting seems to fix it immediately, but it 
has done it several times yesterday and today.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? as described above

Which version of ViperXL you are using? 3.1.0

Which kernel do you use, custom or stock? if on Stock, did you flash the
latest one that comes with the rom? stock, yes

I've been a lurker for months and am loving the Android customizable 
experience. Your ROM's are amazing and BY FAR the best out there. Thanks for 
your efforts!
