Venom Equalizer Bug #55

Describe your problem or your enhancement here:

Venom Equalizer (Beats,Dolby, etc) is not displayed on notification pulldown. 
Nor is it displayed on status bar.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Using original ATT One X as comparison running Viper Rom.
Venom equalizer is displayed on notification pulldown and status bar when 
headphones are plugged in and "play" on google music player. 

Using 1.2.0 Rom on ATT One X Plus
Venom equalizer is not displayed on notification pulldown and status bar when 
headphones are plugged in and "play" on google music player pressed. 

Which version of ViperXL you are using?
1.2.0 

Which kernel do you use, custom or stock? if on Stock, did you flash the
latest one that comes with the rom?

Use kernel that come with rom.

Troubleshooting steps taken:

1. Re-flashed rom with full wipe.
2. Downloaded fresh rom and did a new install with full wipe.
3. MD5 checked.

regular One X,
