HTC Dialer crashing after fresh install. #66

Describe your problem or your enhancement here: I do a clean install, wipe 
EVERYTHING 3X...even external SD.  I then mount USB in TWRP and put Viper 3.2.6 
on card and install everything.  

What is the expected output? Dialer to work. What do you see instead?  Dialer 
closes.

Which version of ViperXL you are using? 3.2.6

Which kernel do you use, custom or stock? Stock if on Stock, did you flash the
latest one that comes with the rom? Yes
