3.2.7 install from 3.2.6 stuck at 3.77% - Unmounting partitions #68

Was running 3.2.6 and downloaded OTA 3.2.7. Started the upgrade and it is now 
stuck.
For last 10 minutes it is at Setting Permissions : Unmounting partitions.

The completion % is showing 3.77%
