Do you have the sense launcher installed? If so, Can you try pressing menu and
Edit Tabs in Tweaks to see if it's hidden?

Already tried the arrange icons from the menu. The Sense button isn't there
either. I believe that the Sense launcher is installed, when I did the clean
install I chose Sense as the theme. How do I check to see if it installed, and
if it isn't how do I install it?
Thanks

I've been poking around in the VENOM files on my phone. In the settings file
there is a Venomtools.log file. It says the following:
Contents of /data: lost+found
Can't find /system/xbin/sqlite3
I have also attached the Install.log file from my installation, in the hope
that maybe something there will help.

I created the Xbin folder in the system folder and installed the correct
version of SQlite for JB 4.1. Per the suggestion on the XDA Forum, I am going
to do a "dirty intall" of the ROM and make sure that I select "Sense" this
time. I will let you know what happens.

You can close this issue. Problem is resolved with reflashing the ROM.
It was the nut behind the wheel that caused it! At 3:40 AM I never even saw
the "Remove All Aspects of Sense" that has the check mark in it as an install
default on one of the initial install screens!
The Sense button now appears, as does the weather-clock widget.
Thanks so much for your willingness to help. If you still want the new stock
ATT ROM that I have, so that you can dissect it, let me know.
The version ATT sent me is:
