Volume to wake becomes stops working after making or receiving a call

Describe your problem or your enhancement here: Making or receiving phone calls 
seems to disable the volume button wake function.  Reproduce by enabling volume 
to wake function in venom tweaks, then use the phone by making or receiving a 
phone call.

Will work again when phone is rebooted.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? I expect the volume 
button to wake the phone at all times.  Instead, it stops working when using 
the phone.

Which version of ViperXL you are using? Currently using 3.2.8 XL, but have 
noticed this since 3.2.6.

Which kernel do you use, custom or stock? if on Stock, did you flash the
latest one that comes with the rom? Just stock.
