What is a pass or fail? What is the hardware the program is being tested on?

I'm not sure where(which section) should I add hardware to the VnV plan. Please give me a hint. I leave this issue open :)

I thought it would be most relevant to T7 but it is up to you. You could list minimum specs possibly instead.
