In 6.4.4, you listed an exception for invalid input file (or input file not found). You just need to add it to your table in 6.3.2, I think.

Appreciate your comment! I've already added it to the table. Maybe I'm wrong but I think there is no harm if I mention exceptions again in 6.4.4.
