Is Bad-Parameters-Error meant to be a wrapper around the errors in Table 2? Or is it just a placeholder for the ones in Table 2?

I would say I generalized the errors in table 2 to "bad parameters" so it is a placeholder. is it adding confusion? should I fix it?

Ah, ok! It's not a big deal at all, so I wouldn't worry too much, but maybe you can also link to Table 2 from there?
