Wrong placement of default config file #59

Config file is written to ~/.rig_remote/rig_remote.conf by default, instead of ~/.rig-remote/rig-remote.conf. Need to support old file name while transitioning to new one.

Fixed in devel in commit 8e2bc75751182b40aaec4e32086363fa659f7808.

Commit 0301fa4f52f973fba3dc7b610b0c54e6ff84dda7 code rewrite of handling for all working file paths.
