Can't cycle through different subtitle tracks with a keybind in MPC-HC #27

I cycle through different subtitles pretty often and I can't find a way to do that anymore with a keybind in MPC-HC. The change subtitle keybind only cycles through the new top menu instead of the bottom one with all the different subtitle tracks like it used to. Is there a way to make MPC-HC's change subtitle key cycle through the bottom menu instead of the top one?

Best solution is to stop using this inferior filter.

The internal subtitle renderer of MPC-HC is better and even has option to use libass for rendering.
