Blacklist/Yellow Card - Enhancement #573

I would like to be able to click on someones name and Blacklist them (or
yellow card them etc.) from receiving loot for a certain amount of time,
either raid lock out, or 1 day, for players that let the rest of the raid
down with poor performance/attendance etc.

Perhaps a blacklist permanently until turned off - with a reminder each
time a raid begins about people being on the blacklist.

This might work better when used alongside EPGP LootMaster (gonna make a
ticket for Mackatack too), so that it recognises the blacklist and marks
them as such on the list.

I know I can do this with a pen & paper, but the zombies ate my brain!
