Don't clear the standby list after a mass-award

What steps will reproduce the problem?
No defect.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I'd like to be able to keep the standby list active after a mass-award. Right 
now the list is cleared after each mass-award, making managing the standby list 
painful.

The solution is pretty straightforward:
1) add an option "clear the standby after each mass-award
2) modify the SendNotifiesAndClearExtras(...) function accordingly

of course if I spotted the right point where the standby list is cleared, but I 
think so.

You can do this by choosing the standby list yourself. Disable automatic 
whispers and shift-click in the EPGP standings window each member you wish to 
add to the standby list.

I know we can do it manually, the idea was to avoid to have to do it manually, 
DOH.

Rationale: the EPGP officer is also doing loot, maybe leading the raid and 
(usually) also answering /w because he/she is an officer as well. Mistakes can 
happen if things are done manually.

Since the required changes in the code are minimal (it's just one button in the 
UI a, one boolean variable and one if-then statement in the code), that could 
be a nice feature.

Of course the code isn't mine and can't do more than explaining why a feature 
would be nice.
