Officer notes not working as intended

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set an epgp value (ep,gp) in officers note of a player
2. open the epgp panel /epgp

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The epgp value of the player should be in the EPGP window but insted it will be 
resetted to "null"
Also, the warning message about not modifying the officers notes does not 
appears anymore.

In our guild we noticed that strange issue after changing the rank of some 
players. They got their EPGP resetted to null (officer note empty). We tried to 
reset the value from the previous one but every time we change it and open the 
/epgp window the value is resetted to null

I'm using the 5.5.22 epgp addon (en wow client)

small update. I tried to give back ep and gp using the addon directly (so 
adding the EP and GP with the addon, instead of typing into the officers note 
directly).

The issue still happen, in a few the player had his officer note back to "null" 
and ofc. epgp resetted to zero.

If I open the EPGP logs I still see my manual addition as last action.

Tried again with all my addons disabled (but epgp one) the issue is still 
present. 

If I try with all (including EPGP) addons disabled the officers note persist 
and works as intended.

This is the game not any addons.. Temp fix is to give all your ranks VIEW 
access for officer notes.

All of our Guild Ranks do have View Access for Officer notes and it still 
happened.

This should be fixed in epgp-6.
