Addon forces to show offline members in new guild UO #643

The addon seems to force the new guild UO to force show offline members. The 
check box is grayed out and you cannot uncheck it to just show online members. 
When you uninstall addon or just disable it guild list shows correctly.

ya the same thing is happening to myself and everyone in my guild that uses the 
addon. Version installed is 5.5.22.  I hope this is a easy fix :)

the bug persists when i turn the addon off
