My Guild would like to implement a GP Decay for people in raid currently, (as a 
new reward for showing up on time/staying for the entire raid), so we'd like to 
be able to decay for only people in raid, and decay either EP or GP not both.

Give them more EP for showing up, and give them some bonus EP at the end of the 
raid for staying the whole night.

My guild likes the Idea of Decaying GP over giving more EP. Our numbers are 
intended to balance in a certain way and we feel this way does it better.
