What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.4 people ignored and i can't award them with dkp. how i fix this? i have 23 
ppl in guild and epgp show's me only 19.

like all others m8. i manualy give dkp. like 1 ignored guy say 300,0

Copy their officers notes (the ones you say are ignored) here, as well as your 
EPGP Guild Info.
