EPGP PR ratio screen does not show all members. #665

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Type /epgp

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Rather than showing the PR for all guildies it is showing a limited number of 
guildies NOT sorted by PR. So, some members which are not showing may have 
higher PR than those that do show.

What version of the product are you using? What locale is your client (en,
ru, kr, ch, es, tw)? What other addons do you have installed and what
versions? How many members do you have in your guild? (/guildinfo).

Can you paste the officer notes of a handful of the members that are NOT in the 
list?

Actually, taking a look at that...

It seems some members are "#.#" instead of "#,#" those are the members not 
showing in the list. Perhaps an officer did manual edits.
