Fix GP formula to give 1000 for ilvl 359 chest

I read that and assumed it was a bug with the chest values...

Since the guild has started with the "higher values" is there a formula to
bring current EP levels to the new scale?

It appears that the new values are 14.44% of the old values at ilvl 359

Thanks for the response

(This must have occurred from staying with older release that have the decay
issue)

The easiest solution is to scale the values down. There are other changes in
the formula, namely for trinkets and shields iirc.

EP levels can be kept as they are, I would either do an EPGP reset for the
guild, or manually lower the GP for those people that got 'overhcarged' with
the old values.
