Raid loot can now have random suffixes; suffixes do not show on upload

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Kill Conclave of Wind in Throne of the Four Winds raid instance.
2. All loots are belts or rings with random suffixes, e.g. of the Undertow or 
of the Fireflash.
3. Hand out loot, then upload data to epgpweb.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to see the random suffixes attached to each loot item. Instead I only 
see the base item name, e.g. Soul Breath Belt rather than Soul Breath Belt of 
the Fireflash.

What version of the product are you using? What locale is your client (en,
ru, kr, ch, es, tw)? What other addons do you have installed and what
versions? How many members do you have in your guild? (/guildinfo).
5.5.24, en, 507 players, tons of addons but I don't know the easy way to post 
the list here.

I think this might be the first time Blizzard has had raid loot with random 
suffixes, so not too surprising that it wasn't handled correctly. Hopefully it 
is not too crazy hard to fix. Please let me know if I can provide any further 
information. Thanks!
