No GP set for Tier tokens #690

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Our guild downed Cho'gall last night on 25man

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Would have expected a default GP to have been set for the tokens, but no GP was 
set for the tier(shoulder) tokens.

What version of the product are you using? What locale is your client (en,
ru, kr, ch, es, tw)? What other addons do you have installed and what
versions? How many members do you have in your guild? (/guildinfo).
