Error when assigning an item via EPGPLootmaster

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. rightclick the item in EPGPlootmaster to assign it for full GP value
2. Error appears

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
GP should be assigned but it is not. I had to do it manually.

What version of the product are you using? What locale is your client (en,
ru, kr, ch, es, tw)? What other addons do you have installed and what
versions? How many members do you have in your guild? (/guildinfo).
450 Guildmembers, German Client, latest versions updated today

The Outsider Support does not seem to work. I enabled it, reloaded my Interface 
but the Tank from another guild does not show up in EPGP or EPGPLootmaster. 
(DE/German Client)

I updated and did not get an error so far but I can't find the "outsiders" 
anywhere. They are not in the EPGP Window and when I assign an item with 
EPGPLootmaster to add GP no GP Increased message appears.

Hi! Got the error again today when I assigned an item (I could assign other 
items in the same raid before and after without this error, dont know why it 
happened)

and all EPGP settings were deactivated today when I entered the raid (announce 
in guild, shop gp on tooltip ...) o.O
After enabling it everything seemed to work but why was everything checked off?

Settings being reset is a bug that has proven very tricky to chase down.

Your assertion error can be caused by:

1) not being able to edit officer notes
2) trying to award a fractional amount of gp
3) trying to award 0, or absurdly large or small values

Or, epgp lootmaster didn't suppoly a reason.

What version of epgp and epgp lootmaster?

I use epgp-5.6.4.zip and R: 0.6.15 for 4.2 (latest available versions)

1) I am guildmaster and can change the officer notes
2) I never used values with . or , (only 500, 1000, 1500 or values like 502, 
942 since patch 4.2)
3) All values assigned were between 250 and 2000 so far.

It happened after rightclicking a player in lootmaster and assigning the item 
to him. I had to assign the item again via the EPGP window.

I can't remember if anything was different for this player right now. Assigning 
items before and after him did not bring up this error. :/

In the last 2 weeks we had some issues with loot distribution again. I did not 
see an error message but loot was not distributed and no GP were assigned via 
Lootmaster (latest version from EPGP + Lootmaster).
