EPGP not showing full raid or allowing me to award

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Join raid
2. Open epgp panel (/epgp)
3. Full raid is not listed

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

A full raid, several members missing which prevents me awarding them EP or GP

What version of the product are you using? What locale is your client (en,
ru, kr, ch, es, tw)? 

EN

What other addons do you have installed and what
versions? How many members do you have in your guild? (/guildinfo).

Using RealUI v6 and Hermes.

Officer notes of the other people are probably not readable by the addon (ie 
not in the number,number format).

having same issue the panel is greyed out and not showing points of each member 
like it use to
