Epgp Standby not eligible

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Master looter starts recuring Eps.
2.Standby user whispers ML with "epgp standby"
3.The addon replys saying that the user-aggra(portugês) is not eligible to get 
EPs

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The user to be added in the EP list.

What version of the product are you using? What locale is your client (en,
ru, kr, ch, es, tw)? What other addons do you have installed and what
versions? How many members do you have in your guild? (/guildinfo).

EN locale.
Elvui, DBM, TSM, Scada.
413 players, 183 accounts

I have this same issue, but have found the problem and a work-around.
The problem is that the addon thinks that the whispering person is on a 
different realm.

if you whisper "epgp standby" you will get the error USER-Realm is not eligible 
for EP awards.

However is you whisper "epgp standby YOURNAME" it will place you on the list 
just fine
