First piece of loot on Beastlord Darmac is not being recorded in EPGP or Officer notes

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Killing Heroic Darmac in BRF (have not killed him in other difficulties)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
My guild has killed Darmac twice - in both cases the very first piece of loot 
that was distributed does not record in EPGP at all.  The other pieces of loot 
after the first one record just fine.  The loot shows up properly in Ouroloot 
and Raidtracker, but in EPGP it is not in the log at all - not that the person 
received it, nor was charged GP.

What version of the product are you using? What locale is your client (en,
ru, kr, ch, es, tw)? What other addons do you have installed and what
versions? How many members do you have in your guild? (/guildinfo).

I have just had this happen this week with Heroic: Thorgar as well (same wing 
in BRF).  Only happening with 1 piece of loot out of the 4... not getting 
logged in EPGP.
