Ok, I fixed this by taking the following steps, just in case it helps someone:
I changed my wireless router for a different one. Some routers (or maybe some router configurations) apparently break the connection between the computer and the WiiU, and when the system goes back to the WiiU OS, the console just hangs to black. The change helped with the black screen itself.
FYI: It is very importan to use the corresponding HID to Vpad and Network Client combo. In my case, I was using a newer release of the Network Client with an outdated HID to Vpad, making it to hang randomly. After updating HID to vpad in the WiiU, connection problems disappeared, HID to vpad started to register my inputs wirelessly and the WiiU OS loaded. But then, when applying changes, the WiiU started to make this weird BEEEEP hang noise.
At first, I tough it was because my Dualshock 3 controller is a copycat (if somebody wants to know how I managed to connect muy fake PS3 controller wirelessly to my mac, just ask). So I got a used original controller, tried again, and surprise, it didn't work either.
I noticed that, with my original controller, I was able to move around in menus, but when hovering a game icon, the system got nuts. So I entered the HID to Vpad config and disabled rumble. And boom, it suddenly started to work with no issues. No rumble, but no issues, good enough for me.
Tried again with my fake Dualshock 3 controller, and it also worked. It now works even with the two controllers connected wirelessly at the same time. That is bingo for me.
While using, some considerations:
Just wanted to share my experience, keep the good job guys!
To keep logging my progress on this, I recently buyed a 4.0 bluetooth dongle, and configured my controllers to work with it. It doesn't disconnects anymore, but now it has a horrible input lag problem. I will keep investigating on this issue, and will report back.
Hello, when connecting the controller via USB everything works fine, but while trying to use the current release of the network client from a mac, the system goes to a black screen once trying to apply the changes. I'm using the version from the HBC app store (stable) and latest network client. Any ideas? Thanks!
