Hey, I'm looking to use this program in my speedruns, but there's no license so I'm not sure if I'm allowed to use it

Am I allowed to use this program for personal use? Additionally, if I decide to make patches to this program for personal use, am I allowed to redistribute the patches?

I am planning on streaming my speedruns so technically it may be "commercial" use if people subscribe/cheer

Feel free to do anything with this but I am not sure if this even still works with latest LiveSplit version.
