Added a layout for the Google Stadia controller #57

The Stadia button is bound to the HOME button, the Google Assistant button is bound to the Sync button, and the Capture button is bound to the TV button. The face buttons are not configured to use the Nintendo layout.

Tested using two different Stadia controllers with the Bluetooth-enabled firmware update.
