Add Mind Flayer and Febe CM to kp #154

Adds several SoTO Strike CM achievements to the /kp command

Precision Anxiety - awards the "Mind Flayer" title for CO CM
Febe CM Completion
Apathetic - awards the "Embodiment of Sin" title for Febe CM

The Febe CM and Apathetic Achievement IDs are not currently returned in the API -- perhaps since no has completed them yet, but the IDs have been taken from the wiki. The /kp command still works though, it will just appear as if the user hasn't completed the achievement yet.

Added Legendary Conqueror of Cerus KP

I've updated the PR to include kp for Lonely Tower CM along with updating the fractal levels in gamedata.json
