Identify pin1 on connectors MP1, MP2, MP3 #30

Several users had trouble identifying pin1 for the motor connectors. The board is congested in that area, the pin1 text winds up beneath the connector.

Perhaps instead of altering the board file itself, we should replace the image file in the repository. I suspect that's where folks look first.

Great work! I agree that updating the text on the board is a good idea, but updating the picture in the documentation could help also. I'm a little worried that if we just do it on the picture it won't get updated every time the board layout is updated. What do you think?

I guess updating both is the best. Too, once a board has been built and distributed, that version should remain available in the repository as Eagle files and pictures, for posterity and those working with old boards. Any further changes should be made as a new branch of the board.
