Replaced Orator with MasoniteORM
Fixed "string argument without an encoding" by replacing bytes() with str.encode() when you upgrade to Python 3.8.5 and later
Updated README.md replacing Orator to MasoniteORM
Updated Migration Database Schema
Updated Database Config

Oh it seems I used 2.2 branch, I'll push the updates later once I fully tested it.
