Add LICENSE file from main Masonite repo #4

@josephmancuso I just noticed this repo was missing a LICENSE file. I copied the one from the main Masonite repo as I assume the same license would apply here? If you like I can copy over the CONTRIBUTING.md and other files as well in additional PRs, but technically this file needs to be in place or legally my fork shouldn't even exist 😉
