Fix LU records #152

In connection to issue #151 , Several records have been removed due to issues identified in the submission (identical SPLASH, incorrectly-assigned MS2 spectra); all spectra that passed additional QC checks have been retained . We will comment on individual issues separately. Thanks to those who provided external issue reports. @schymane @MaliRemorker @meier-rene @tsufz @sneumann

@he-ob please note that this is our updated set of LU-MassBank records, once we can merge in this commit.
