Hi, I want to ask the new version of the .mzML data. I have the mzML data of the MetaboliteSpectralDB,but I don't know how to update it. Thank you very much!

Hello @hello-lei, I guess you mean the database provided by OpenMS? This database is not maintained by the MassBank consortium. @sneumann may share his opinion?

The converter is maintained by the OpenMS team, see https://github.com/MassBank/MassBank-data/issues/31 for links. Their README covers the steps for the conversion. Yours, Steffen
