How to submit new MSMS spectra

Hi!

I would like to submit new MSMS spectra of some DNA adduct reference standards acquired with a Vion QTOF. Could you tell me which is the SOP? I can find only instructions on the record format.

Hi georgialab, thanks for asking, we're happy to help. Ideally you have an in-house library that has enough information to be transferred to MassBank format. There is some contributor documentation at https://massbank.github.io/MassBank-documentation/contributor_documentation.html The record format is described at https://github.com/MassBank/MassBank-web/blob/main/Documentation/MassBankRecordFormat.md Could you described how you process and manage the spectra currently ?
