Difference between the 5 files in the MassBank-data website #191

Dear all, are the five files in each release version on the website https://github.com/MassBank/MassBank-data/releases the same stuff in different file forms? If not, what are the differences between them? Thank you all..

Hi, yes the content is the same, but different format. MassBank.sql - a dump of our sql library MassBank_NIST.msp - content of this repo converted to NIST flavor msp MassBank_RIKEN.msp - content of this repo converted to RIKEN flavor msp Source code (zip) - content of this repo in one zip Source code (tar.gz) - content of this repo in one tar.gz
