Update to EPA / Agilent Records #261

I have updated the chemical information in the EPA/Agilent records in response to issue #251.

Thank you @anjuraj15, for fixing issue #251. Your commit into dev branch is perfectly fine and all you need to do. I will close this PR, because we only merge to main with a new data release and I will do that with the next release. I will discuss with @schymane if a hotfix release of the data is needed. Thank you!
