Integrate MassBank into Galaxy #107

Allow MassBank to become a data resource (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/21531983) same as today’s connected data servers (USCSC table browser or MouseMine server) to feed PhenoMeNal/W4M matching/mining algorithms.

Hi Franck, can you paste a few links here to PeakForest and relevant part of the code ? We could use that as inspiration and implement a PeakForest compatible API into MassBank :-) Yours, Steffen
