Hi folks, This is maybe a topic for Dagstuhl. I got aware of this paper and curation workflow today. EMBL runs its own mass spec library now: https://github.com/alexandrovteam/curatr https://academic.oup.com/bioinformatics/article/34/8/1436/4741357 http://curatr.mcf.embl.de/
However, we should find out if we could integrae their ideas on curation in MassBank either in RMassBank or during validation.
