Update Bioschemas description #263

@meier-rene and @egonw; I updated the schemas with the missing description and inchikey tags. @meier-rene, I did not check the code running, I hope those small steps in Java programming do their job.

Refers to issue #96 and #206.

@meier-rene, would be nice that we could report, that we are fully compliant in the next Bioschemas meeting.

I need a comment from the bioschema guys please. We have records which do not have a inchi, and thus no inchikey. How should we treat this records? Should I remove the MolecularEntity in this case completely? Because the InChi field will contain "N/A" in this case.
