Provide both original intensity and normalised to 999 #14

Currently, the intensities are read from library format, and written twice to the MassBank record.

The original intensities can be retrieved from the "BasePeakIntensity" tag in the library file. This value refers to the relative intensity "999".

Since the Bruker file only exports intensities as relative intensities, this can't be resolved
