The SMILES are wrong!!! The aromaticity is missing/incorrect and even this molecule looked wrong (but different) in the Bruker library, see sulfamethoxazole.pdf attached. I'm afraid I can't check if this is systematic, the structures are saved in a binary format in the Bruker export - the other few structures Nikos showed me look correct in the database at least.
