[CLOSED] Medium-term: move the Helper to a vignette #10

Just as an idea: since the Helper illustrates an alternative method to use RMassBank (and in particular it illustrates the new functions), should it end up as a vignette? The example data should probably go into RMassBankData as well. Of course, this is for once everything works.

Hi, yes, the Helper should not be part of the merge-fest, and yes, putting it into a vignette is the right thing. We'd need the underlying data though. You could place some of the raw data into RMassBankData, or I could add them to msdata, but that'd add another dependency. Or we only use the *.txt peak lists (not yet implemented, on the TODO list) which we could even add to RMassBank/inst/...
