Update email of Erik and addition of Paul as an author #292

There is an error in Paul's name ... and if you are able could you also update Emma's email address to be at uni.lu while making the changes? You may also want to check with @meowcat if his details will change or stay consistent?

Thanks to @schymane. I corrected the typo. @meowcat, what is your opinion of updates of outdated email addresses? The email of Erik is definitive outdated. Makes no sense for me to keep that. Hence, we could also change Emma's email (will do so, if you agree).

My eawag email address has been inactive for years and goes nowhere - please update.

Since @meowcat is transitioning from ETHZ back to Eawag he can best comment on the best email for him.
