Reformat progress bars #341

In some cases, the processing needs quite a lot of time. Therefore, the reformatting of the progress bars to ETA style would be helpful to plan work in between until next interaction is required.

In addition, INFO [xxx] msmsWorkflow: Step 7. Reanalyze fail peaks for N2 + O sometimes stops after 50% or so. Hence, the enumerator is not set correctly? Can happen, when the loop returns without correct count triggering and termination.
