In Firefox 27, the OSM and 3 Bing basemaps did not draw #233

Only Firefox, not Safari, Chrome or IE.

Based on https://github.com/openlayers/openlayers/issues/1009, 
Aleda modified the map.js to add 

tileOptions: {crossOriginKeyword: null}

to those 4 basemaps.
